The four gnome captains peeking over the rail of their ship

The story

The Great Acorn is missing

Captain Bramble Redcap has taken The Great Acorn from Acorn Haven. Pick one of four gnome captains, take the little ship Tiny Tempest out to sea, and follow a trail of clues through a lantern-lit mist, an old sea fort and a silent bell.

Finishing the story doesn't end the voyage. You can keep sailing, visiting and collecting for as long as you like.

They all sail the same. Only the face at the tiller changes.

What's out there

A small sea with a lot in it

Twelve islands

The sea wraps around at every edge. Dock at any island and explore it on foot.

Gentle sea battles

Cannons with aim assist. Lose a fight and you're sent home to Acorn Haven, with nothing lost.

Nearly a hundred friends

Shopkeepers, mermaids, unicorns, a dinosaur queen and an owl with a telescope. Most have stories; some have errands.

Things to collect

Sails, ship paints and clothes, many of them thank-yous for helping someone out.

The Canal Cup

Race model ships on Tinker's table in the Toy Shop. Four courses, and a best time kept for each.

Very short puppet shows

Tibbelu and Wumlet perform at the theater on Mushroom Atoll. One play is missing its dragon.

Sea monsters, mostly grumpy

Fifteen to find, and none of them very frightening. Some guard treasures your friends would love to have.

Your crew is waiting

Captain Clack has many jokes and one good one. You'll have to sail out to hear it.
